AYLESBURY HP20 - MEDICAL ADMIN ASSISTANT
Pertemps Medical Professionals are currently recruiting for an admin assistant with a medical background and who is available for an ASAP start for an eight to twelve week contract with the possiblity of an extension. If this is you we would love to hear from you.
Banding: Band 3 A&C
Job title: Admin Assistant
Hours: 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Brief description of role:
- Answer telephone and respond appropriately to general queries
- Take telephone referrals
- Complete information on Carenotes whilst taking telephone referrals
- Transfer calls to appropriate pathways
Qualifications or IT skills required: Good/ excellent Microsoft office skills
Essential skills:
- Telephone skills - Reception type calls
- Ability to work in fast paced and busy environment
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- To work at speed without making mistakes
- To accurately type information quickly
- To have IT experience at using word/outlook
- To work well under guidance and also independently
Desirable skills: Experience in using Carenotes
