Are you a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (LD) looking for a dynamic and rewarding career? We are a leading NHS Framework supply agency searching for compassionate and qualified Learning Disability Nurses to join our team!
We are looking for Band 6 Learning Disability Nurses for Community Specialist Health in Billericay,Essex starting ASAP for 20hrs a weeks for 12 weeks, between Mon-Fri 9-5.
Registered learning disability nurse. Need to be a car driver with access to a car. The nurse will work as part of a multi disciplinary team providing support to those people with learning disability with complex physical health need; challenging behaviour and; complex mental health. The role is support these people to remain in the community accessing appropriate health care. This also includes uptake of annual health checks; support of end of life planning and review of DNACPR; supporting with frailty. The person will need good networking and communication skills and prepared to work autonomously. This is a community based role.
