REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH NURSES (RMN) – Band 6

Job Role Requirements 
-Registered Nurse (RMN or CPN) 
-Clinical nurse specialist addictions

-37.5 hours per week
-Successful candidates must have a NHS/Private Sector background
-Must have the willingness to contribute to the department and interact with the busy team
-Have Right to Work in the UK
-Able to work Day Shifts(variety of rota's)
-NMC registration required

Job description 

The post holder will undertake assessment, care planning and the implementation and evaluation of specialist treatment to clients with drug and/or alcohol problems. He/she will perform duty assessments to clients that are new to the service, in addition to acting as keyworker to a defined allocated caseload of clients with a low to medium degree of complexity, under the supervision of a designated Band 6 Practitioner within the team.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery of care and management of this client group is done in compliance with HCC Quality Standards.
