Applicants should have worked for at least 18 months in psychiatric setting and have ideally completed the Core Trainee Programme, be able to demonstrate the abilities, skills and experience needed to deal effectively with challenging situations and have taken an active part in service improvement and in developing knowledge and skills in the use of psychological treatments.
