Job Details

• Band 5 Complaints Coordinator (clinical staff can also be considered) 
• Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 0900-1700
• Asap- 30 May 2022
• Skilled administrator or clinician, ideally with experience of dealing with complaints and PALS queries and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• DBS not required

 
A minimum of a year’s experience ideally, managing and handling complaints or complex queries

NHS experience would be ideal, but not necessary if you have relevant experience in another sector

No requirement for covid vaccination
