London CentralEmpire locums are currently looking for SHO in Neonates to work in one of the London’s hospitals; the locum post will start as soon as possible initially for a 3 month period with possibility of extension.
NHS Hospital is based in London and has around 900 beds. Locum junior doctor will be working within neonatal department. The Neonatal department has 17 intensive/high dependency care cots, 15 special care cots and 14 transitional care cots. The neonatal department admits about 500 infants every year. The department comprises of 8 consultants, 10 middle grade doctors and 12 junior doctors.
The clinical duties will include day to day care of the infants on the neonatal unit, the resuscitation of new born infants in the labour ward, and the care of the newborn infants on the postnatal wards and transitional care. All the above will be supervised by senior doctors and consultants.
Locum junior doctor will be working full time hours with average of 42 hours per week with possibility of on calls.
Hospital will provide free accommodation and travel for the right candidates.
Pay rates starts at £35 up to £55 negotiable according to experience.
All applicants must have at least 3 months UK experience, and have at least one of below certificates: ATLS/ALS/EPLS
All applicants will possess excellent communication skills and good level of English
